Broads Abroad

This tiny church located in Oriago, Italy, 3o min by bus to Venice. we walk by this church on the way to the grocery store and to get the bus to Venice.

I never really thought about it or its size until today.

Jane and I were leaving Venice and came upon a store front crowded with people watching a pigeon that was stuck inside throw itself repeated against the glass to escape. I grabbed my sweater, walked inside and covered the pigeon, grabbed him and released him outdoors. He flew away with his partner as people outside the store cheered. It was a small thing like the church but it made a difference.

Today of all days let’s remember to do small things to help others; you get what you give.
